Reservation Policy- Please allow at least two week's notice when booking a spa party or special event. A spa party consists of 4 or more people. A signed agreement along with a 50% booking fee before your event is considered "definite" on our calendar. All services must be paid in full 72 hours prior to event unless other arrangements have been made. When scheduling a treatments at our location there is 24 hour cancellation policy and 100% NO SHOW FEE!!
Payment- A credit card is needed to schedule all appointments, if you miss your appointment or do not reschedule/ cancel within 24 hours your card will be charged the full amount for that service.
Methods of Payment-Body-Rejuvenations Spa, accepts cash, checks (Corporate accounts only), Visa & Master card, Discover.
Cancellation Policy- Cancellations for spa parties must be made 48-72 hours prior to the event. Cancellations for all other treatment must be made within 24 hours prior to the appointment or their will be a 100% NO SHOW FEE for that service!! Unfortunately, guests who are late for their service will have the service time shortened as therapists are on a tight schedule.
Gratuities- If you are pleased with the services you receive, it is customary to thank your therapist with a gratuity. This gratuity can be given directly to the therapist (s) in cash only. There will be a 20% gratuity fee for spa packages (that will be added to your package).
Age Requirement- Clients must be at least 16 years of age unless accompanied by a parent in the room (does not apply to spa parties and packages for children).
For Your Comfort-Increase your intake of water before and after massage treatments. Refrain from shaving in the 24 hours prior to receiving treatments. During all treatments, your body will be fully draped. Only the specific body area being treated will be exposed. Please leave valuables at home
Cell Phones- For your own relaxation and tranquility, please consider turning off your cell phone during your treatment.
